The said incident is from Erode in Tamil Nadu. The name of this farmer is Raja. A farmer always had a snake in his dream. A snake bitten in a dream. Fed up with these terrible dreams that he was having every day, he decided to consult astrologers. He told astrologers about dreams. The astrologer asked him to go to the snake temple and perform rituals to get rid of the dreams

The farmer performed the ritual in the nearby snake temple. The astrologer then asked the farmer to do another terrible thing. The farmer was asked to stick out his tongue three times in front of the snake in the temple. The king also did as the astrologer said. Twice he stuck out his tongue in front of the snake. However, the third time he stuck out his tongue and was bitten by the snake. As soon as the snake bit him, the farmer started shouting loudly.
