The second and final phase of voting for the Gujarat Assembly elections is taking place on Monday. The result of this election will be announced on December 8. On this occasion, the reputation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP is at stake in Gujarat. As in the past, there is no tough challenge from Congress in front of BJP in this election. But this year, as the Aam Aadmi Party has entered the fray with all its strength, it has created a bit of a stalemate in the Gujarat Assembly elections. The Modi-Shah duo needs to win the assembly elections by a large margin to show their dominance in Gujarat. BJP has been in power in Gujarat for the last 27 years. Hence, BJP is likely to be hit by the anti-incumbency factor. It will be interesting to see how much Aam Aadmi Party and Congress will take advantage of this.

Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal had recently made a prediction regarding the result of the Gujarat assembly elections. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal wrote his prediction on a blank paper while saying that the Aam Aadmi Party will establish power this year after 27 years of misrule in Gujarat. Earlier, Kejriwal’s prediction came true in Punjab. So now we have to see if we will perform the same miracle in Gujarat too.
