The accused did not want to be brought near her, but the Air India crew members were forcing her to apologise. In a letter written to Air India, the woman has narrated her entire incident. He has also written a letter to the Chairman of the Tata Group regarding this incident. After almost 1 month, now the action is going on against the accused. Air India has banned the man from flying for 30 days.
