New Delhi : Lok Sabha Secretariat has issued a notice to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The Lok Sabha Secretariat has sought a reply on the breach of privilege notice issued by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi. Rahul Gandhi, while speaking on the motion of thanks to the President’s address in the Lok Sabha, made the allegations by asking questions about businessman Gautam Adani and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Lok Sabha Secretariat has asked Rahul Gandhi to reply by February 15.

BJP MPs claimed that Rahul Gandhi, while speaking on the motion of thanks for the President’s address in the Lok Sabha, raised wrong, insulting, unparliamentary and misleading issues about Narendra Modi. In this regard, the BJP MP had given a notice of breach of privilege. Now the Deputy Secretary Privileges and Conduct Branch of the Lok Sabha Secretariat has given an email notice to Rahul Gandhi.

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey had issued a breach of privilege notice on Rahul Gandhi’s speech.
