His relatives thought that he died of the same disease and took his dead body to his hometown Borana. Seeing the wounds on Babuddin’s body there, his brother Irfan got suspicious and went directly to the police station to file a complaint. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police registered a case and started investigation.

Based on the call details, the relationship between Babuddin’s wife and Om Prakash Salvi, a resident of Bhilwara, was found suspicious. The police interrogated both of them thoroughly. Finally, both of them confessed their crime before the police.
