A similar incident took place recently in Munger, Bihar. An angry homeguard fired indiscriminately as he did not get leave. The soldier had asked for leave as he was not feeling well. However, the holiday was not approved. So he fired angrily at the outpost. In response, the jawans deployed at the outpost also opened fire. He was killed in it.
