The proceedings of the Lok Sabha were resumed in the afternoon. The Rajya Sabha session at the budget session was scheduled to start at 9 am. The time for the Lok Sabha to begin its proceedings was four o’clock in the afternoon. MPs were arranged to sit in both the houses due to the corona virus. Also, social distance was observed between each MP. Normally, the proceedings of both the Houses of Parliament begin at 11 am.
