According to the information received, a young man of old acquaintance had come to Delhi from Mumbai. The young woman and he had an old acquaintance. After arriving in Delhi, he called the young woman to meet him at Khan Market. From there he was taken to a five star hotel. There he raped her. Not only that, he threatened the young woman.

After the incident, the girl went to the police station and lodged a complaint. She told the police. The young man had come to Delhi with his father and relatives. He booked a separate room at the hotel. There he raped a young woman. According to the complaint, the girl said that the accused had texted her on January 30. He had said that he would be coming to Delhi for a wedding and would meet him at that time. On February 20, at 5 am, the accused texted and called to visit his friend’s house. However, at that time, the young woman had refused to meet him. The two then met at Khan Market. She was then taken to the hotel. An FIR has been lodged on the complaint of the girl, Delhi Police said. The incident is being investigated.
