The accused is identified as Ajay Yadav. He is a resident of Azamgarh. Yadav works as a medical representative, police said. His wife Rakhi is a resident of Bihar. The two were married five years ago. After the marriage, they started quarreling. She suspected Ajay’s affair. He plotted the murder in order to provoke daily quarrels and grab her insurance money.
He enlisted the help of a friend, Ram Prasad, to kill his wife and child. Ram Prasad introduced him to betel nut killer Gajraj. Yadav handed over his assassination to Garraj. Accidental death should be felt, thus killing. In return, it was decided to pay Rs 10 lakh to Gajraj. Then on February 25, Gajraj became a salesman and reached his house. However, Gajraj saw the four-year-old boy and changed his mind. He told Rakhi everything. He also showed a video of it to Yadav’s wife.
Rakhi then lodged a complaint against her husband at the Kavingar police station. Police filed a case against the accused. Police on Saturday arrested Ajay Yadav and Ram Prasad on the basis of evidence. Gajraj, the betel nut killer, has not yet been arrested, police said.
