Based on this information, the Crime Branch Squad and Madan Mahal Police, in a joint operation, set a trap and arrested the girl from Platform No. 3 of Madan Mahal Railway Station. While searching, she found Rs 20 lakh in cash.
According to information received, a man named Babu Goswami had given Rs 20 lakh to Nandani Goswami. The man had joined the hawala industry a few months ago. He was arrested by police. Nandani Goswami’s elder sister Muskan is also understood to be involved in the hawala industry. She was recently arrested by the railway police along with millions of rupees in cash.
