A minor girl was abducted and gang-raped within the limits of Simbhavali police station in Hapud. She was then strangled to death. The victim’s daughter-in-law and her brother are said to be involved in the incident. Police have registered a case against the deceased’s daughter-in-law and seven others, including her family, following a family complaint. Three accused have been arrested in the incident.
A case has been registered against the accused in the case, police said. The interrogation of the arrested accused is underway. Police squads have been set up to nab the main accused. The incident will be unveiled soon.
A 15-year-old girl was studying in class X in a village within the limits of Simbhavali police station. She left the house on March 22 at around 7.30 am. She was on her way to school. However, she did not return home until late in the evening. The family received a phone call Thursday afternoon. It was reported that two young men left your daughter in an ambulance.
The second incident took place in Meerut. A girl was abducted and raped while going to school in Sardhana area on Thursday. She was then poisoned. The girl, who reached home somehow, was rushed to hospital after her condition deteriorated. She died there. A case has been registered against four youths in the village. Both have been arrested along with the main accused in the case.
