– Pregnant women employees and disabled employees are fully exempted from office attendance. These employees are allowed to work from home.
– It has been ordered to change the working hours by dividing it to make sure that the office is not crowded at the same time.
– Employees living in the containment zone are exempted from coming to the office. They can continue their work from home. They will also be available on phone and email.
– Employees coming to the office will have to follow the Kovid protocol. While using the mask, it will be mandatory to follow the rules of social distance. They should also wash their hands from time to time and use sanitizer.
– Care should be taken to avoid elevators, stairs, narrow spaces or public places in the office
– Office meetings require attendance via video conferencing.
– All employees above 18 years of age will have to be vaccinated
– Regular cleaning and hygiene in the workplace will be mandatory
– The use of biometric attendance will remain closed till further orders
