New Delhi: The Delhi Medical Association (DMA) had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against yoga guru Ramdev Baba’s statement on allopathy medicine and doctors. The High Court has made an important comment on this. A bench of Justice C Harishankar refused to grant relief to the DMA. Instead of wasting court time, doctors should work for the treatment of corona, the High Court said. In such cases, Ramdev cannot give relief without hearing Baba’s side. The court has issued summons to Ramdev Baba, Twitter, Facebook and Astha channels seeking clarification within three weeks. The next hearing in the case will be held on July 13.

The Delhi Medical Association had approached the High Court seeking a stay on the indirect and offensive material being published by Ramdev Baba. But the bench rejected the demand. The court also told Ramdev Baba’s lawyers. The court said that Ramdev Baba should not make provocative statements.
