To reach a village in Alipore, the immunization team had to cover a distance of more than ten miles[10 km]on a dirt road through forests and mountains. Then they reached a village called Adama.

A team of health workers administered the vaccine to the villagers over the age of 45 years. District Magistrate Surendra Meena also joined the team. The team consisted of 10 people. It also included a security guard and a female employee.
