Prime Minister in BJP ruled states – Photo of Chief Minister
Under ‘Prime Minister’s Poor Welfare Food Scheme’, five kg of free foodgrains are provided to the poor. Meanwhile, in BJP-ruled states, party leaders have issued instructions to put a photo of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the state’s chief minister on the grain.
Also use the lotus symbol
Not only that, the BJP-ruled states have been instructed to put photos of the lotus with the BJP’s election symbol on the bags from which the five kg of grain will be supplied to the poor.
11 point campaign program
The Prime Minister’s Poor Welfare Food Scheme provides 50 kg of free foodgrains to 80 crore people every month till November 2021. In a letter sent to BJP-ruled states by BJP general secretary Arun Singh, it has been directed to strongly promote the scheme. An 11-point program has also been planned for this.
In BJP-ruled states, banner of distribution of 5 kg wheat or rice should be put up at all ration shops. It should have a photo of Prime Minister Modi and the Chief Minister of the state. The design of the banner, the design of the grain bag has also been decided by the BJP’s central office. The responsibility of its implementation has been entrusted to the local people’s representatives, MLAs, MPs and office bearers.
In non-BJP ruled states …
BJP will also distribute foodgrains in non-BJP ruled states. Lotus photos will appear on these grain packets. Instead of the Chief Minister’s photo, the banner will have photos of local BJP leaders. It will also be promoted on social media. The party has ordered to continue this scheme till November 2021.
Photo of PM Modi on Karona certificate
Citizens are given Corona Vaccination Certificates during the nationwide vaccination campaign against Corona virus infection. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s photo has also been affixed on this certificate. This has been opposed by opposition parties from time to time. A few days back, in some non-BJP ruled states like Chhattisgarh and West Bengal, the photo of the Chief Minister (on vaccinations provided by the states) was used instead of the photo of Narendra Modi on the vaccination certificate.
