According to the Union Ministry of Health, the recovery rate in the country has increased to 97.35 per cent. The rate of active patients is 1.31 per cent. The country’s weekly positivity rate is currently 2.22 per cent, while the daily positivity rate is 2.40 per cent. For the 33rd day in a row, the daily positivity rate appears to be below 3%.

According to the Medical Research Council of India (ICMR), a total of 45 crore 45 lakh 70 thousand 811 samples have been tested in the country till July 23, 2021. Of these, 16 lakh 31 thousand 266 samples were corona tested on the same day yesterday.
