New Delhi: The Pegasus spyware case is set to be heard in the Supreme Court on Monday. “Everyone will be given a chance to present their case,” said Supreme Court Chief Justice N.S. V. Ramana said during the hearing. No one violates the limits. Everyone will be given a chance in this case, the Chief Justice told the petitioners and the Solicitor General. The court also warned the petitioners to stay away from parallel discussions on social media.

Parliament was also disrupted by the Pegasus issue

Petitioners have asked the Supreme Court to investigate the Pegasus espionage case. Opposition groups called for a debate on the Pegasus spying scandal, which has sparked controversy in parliament. Parliament was disrupted for about 21 days. Opposition parties have stated they will not run in the by-elections. During the last hearing, the court issued a notice to the Center in this regard.
