Travel by Tejas Express
In the train, there was a heated argument between other railway passengers and MLA Gopal Mandal. The quarrel escalated to the point that an RPF team escorting the train arrived. He tried to persuade the MLA and other passengers.
The Tejas Express from Rajendra Nagar to New Delhi had left Dildarnagar station during the altercation. The incident was also confirmed by the RPF.
Passengers object to MLA’s clothes
Gopal Mandal was traveling with his colleagues from seat number 13, 14 and 15 of A-1 coach of Tejas Express. On the other hand, Pralhad Paswan, a resident of Jehanabad, was in seat number 22-23 of A-1 coach with his family. Of course, there were also some female passengers in the coach. Both had tickets from Patna Junction to New Delhi.
JDU MLA Gopal Mandal was undressing in a railway coach and sitting only in vest and underwear. From the middle passage of the coach, he also went towards the toilet of the train at the same stage. Returning to his seat, Pralhad Paswan objected to Gopal Mandal’s clothes, citing female passengers traveling in a train car.
Railway police intervention
But Gopal Mandal was not ready to listen to anything. He responded abusively to the other passengers. So the argument escalated. The dispute escalated to the extent that the RPF team in the railways informed the railway police at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction. The Uttar Pradesh Railway Police also had to intervene in the matter after the train arrived at the station.
According to the information received, the passengers who objected to Gopal Mandal’s clothes refused to lodge any written complaint about the matter. However, photos of MLA Mahasaya at this stage have gone viral on social media.
Leaders in the discussion
Remarkably, even before this, JDU MLA Gopal Mandal has often come under discussion for his various reasons. He had recently accused Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tarkishore Prasad of illegally collecting money. He also tried to cover up the controversy by calling the Deputy Chief Minister ‘I love you’ at a press conference.
