Jaipur: Fifteen ruling Congress MLAs from Rajasthan were sworn in as ministers on Sunday. During the swearing in ceremony held at Raj Bhavan, Governor Kalraj Mishra administered the oath of office and secrecy to the MLAs. Out of them 11 MLAs were sworn in as Cabinet Ministers and 4 MLAs were sworn in as Ministers of State. With this, the much awaited reshuffle of Ashok Gehlot’s cabinet in the state was completed.

The Congress government in the state is completing three years of its term next month and this is the first cabinet reshuffle. The Congress High Command has sought to strike a regional and ethnic balance through this reshuffle. Also former Deputy Chief Dr. Minister Sachin Pilot’s group has tried to give a place.

These 15 MLAs took oath

Governor Mishra administered the oath of office to MLAs Hemaram Chaudhary, Mahendrajit Malviya, Ramlal Jat, Mahesh Joshi, Vishwendra Singh, Ramesh Meena, Mamta Bhupesh, Bhajanlal Jatav, Tikaram Julie, Govind Ram Meghwal and Govind Ramwal. At the same time, Zahida Khan, Brijendra Ola, Rajendra Gudha and Murarilal Meena were sworn in as Ministers of State.

Among the new ministers are Mamata Bhupesh, Bhajanlal Jatav and Tikaram Julie. He has been sworn in as a cabinet minister. In this list, 5 MLAs including Hemaram Chaudhary, Murarilal Meena and Brijendra Ola are being considered for the pilot camp.
