Even after 15 years, no child was born, the farmer couple adopted the calf

Shahjahanpur: It had been 15 years since the marriage. But even after so many years, Vijaypal, a farmer from Uttar Pradesh, and his wife Rajeshwari Devi had no children. The couple decided to adopt a cow calf as a child (farmer adopts calf as son). He named his son ‘Laltu Baba’. The couple shaved off their son on Wednesday. He had invited more than 500 people to the event.

Their love is very true

The couple took Laltu Baba to Laltu Ghat in Gomti town. His shaving ceremony was held there. The priest blessed Laltu Baba and his parents. “I have always considered Laltu as my son,” Vijaypal told the Times of India. This calf has been with us since birth. His love for us is true and unconditional, said Vijaypal.

“We were surprised when we were invited to the shaving event,” said one villager. A lot of people came to the event. The villagers said that they were happy to see the couple and the calf.

If we consider a cow as a mother, then a calf …

After the death of his parents, Vijaypal was feeling lonely in his home in Shahjahanpur. His two younger sisters were also married. Vijaypal says that he loves cows too. Laltu’s mother was brought by Vijaypal’s father.

After the death of the cow, the calf fell alone. For this reason, they decided to adopt the calf as a child. If we consider a cow as a mother, then why can’t we consider a cow calf as our son, said Vijaypal.
