The meeting of senior leaders with Sonia Gandhi lasted for more than 5 hours. All the leaders present at the meeting expressed their views. In this meeting, Rahul Gandhi demanded to be re-elected. At the end of the meeting, Rahul Gandhi said that the party is ready to accept whatever responsibility it gives. After this, there was a round of applause in the meeting.

The party’s next strategy was discussed. During the meeting, senior leaders including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi discussed the current state of the party and ways to strengthen it, Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan said after the meeting.
