Bhagwant Mann was sworn in as the Chief Minister in Punjabi at Shaheed Bhagat Singh’s hometown Khatkad Kalan. Mann was wearing a yellow Punjabi turban. Bhagwant Mann, a successful comedian, started his political career in 2011 from this village. Mann had appealed to supporters to wear yellow Punjabi turbans.
