Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga has been accused of using abusive language against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He also tried to divide the society on the basis of religion and caste. BJP leader Kapil Mishra has claimed that Bagga was arrested from his house by 50 Punjab police personnel. Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor strongly criticized the incident. Chief Minister Kejriwal is politically abusing the power he got in Punjab. They are using their power to intimidate their opponents. “Every citizen of Delhi stands with Bagga’s family,” Kapoor said.

Aam Aadmi Party MLA Naresh Balian has criticized BJP in this regard. Naresh claimed that Bagga had threatened Chief Minister Kejriwal not to let him live.
What is the matter
AAP leader Dr Sunny Singh had lodged a complaint against Bagga. Since then, the Punjab police had launched a search for him. Punjab police had first arrived in Delhi to arrest Bagga. Bagga had used abusive language after Kejriwal’s statement on ‘The Kashmir Files’. Bagga had called Chief Minister Kejriwal anti-Kashmir Pandit. A case was later registered against Bagga in Punjab.
