New Delhi: Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari is being criticized from across the state for making controversial statements about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. BJP MP Udayanraje Bhosle was going to meet Prime Minister Modi to demand the removal of the Governor. Today, Udayan Raj along with BJP MPs from Maharashtra met the Prime Minister. However, it has been seen that Udayanraj has taken a somewhat lenient tone regarding the BJP as well.

Regarding the removal of Governor Bhagatsinh Koshyari from the post of Governor, Udayanraj was going to meet Prime Minister Modi today regarding the issue of Maharashtra Karnataka border dispute. However, he met Modi this morning. However, this meeting was not personal and other BJP MPs were also present at this time. Prime Minister Modi had a meeting with BJP MPs and Udayanraj in New Delhi. After that, Udayanraj held a press conference and presented his position regarding this.

We have sent a letter to the President regarding the removal of the Governor. After that, a letter will be sent to the Home Ministry. We have also given a letter to Prime Minister Modi’s office. Udayanaraje has said that he is sure that action will be taken against the governor as per the procedure. Also, our role has reached Modi,’ he has also mentioned.

‘Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is not only the idol of Maharashtra but of the entire country. Talk about them carefully. Like the highest office in the country is the President, the highest office in the state is the Governor. Udayanraj has also said that because of such a statement by a person from the highest position, dissatisfaction has spread in the state.

While talking about the governor, it was seen that Udayanraj took a soft stance towards the BJP.’ A party is not responsible if someone makes a mistake. He has refrained from directly criticizing the BJP by saying that the party is not responsible for the Governor’s statement. Also, a letter was also written to the President on November 23. The President has already taken notice. Even today, according to the procedure, a letter has been sent to Prime Minister Modi, and our position has reached Modi,’ he said.
