Jaipur: A widow’s daughter from village Silvala Kalan in Tibbi tehsil of Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan has been selected as CID IB. The young woman’s name is Simarjit Kaur and she will soon join the CID IB at the Commissionerate, Jaipur. Simarjit Kaur’s mother Manjit Kaur is a widow, her husband Shardul Singh died ten years ago. After that, Manjit Kaur was responsible for three children.

Manjeet Kaur raised her children with great effort. Did his education. Today, his daughter has rewarded him for his hard work by becoming a CID officer. Husband gone, three children in the family, then Manjit Kaurne made the future of his children the goal of his life. So that there is no shortage of money for the children’s education, he worked as a cook during the wedding ceremony. He used to make chapattis at people’s homes and weddings. After a lifetime of hard work, Manjeet Kaur’s eyes were filled with tears of joy when her daughter got selected in CID IB.

Simarjeet Kaur’s younger sister Rajpal Kaur also gave up her education for her sister’s future. Now she is going to start her studies again. She credits her success to her mother Manjit Kaur and younger sister Rajpal Kaur. The mother went to people’s houses for her daughter’s education, while the younger sister contributed to the education expenses of the elder sister by selling cow’s milk.

Simarjeet’s primary education was done in village Silwala Kalan and secondary and higher secondary education was done at Talwada Talawa Government School. Simarjeet did her higher education from Kaswan Girls PG College, Tibbi. When Simarjit was preparing to become an officer. Then people used to taunt their mother that she should get the girls married. But, they gave up their stubbornness and the girl rewarded them for their hard work.
