Navradeva is a doctor. He practices in Mumbai. He demanded Rs 25 lakh from the girl’s father to buy a flat in Mumbai. Her father had already given her a car and household items. He also came to Mumbai after asking for money. He also held discussions with Navradeva’s family. However, he was not ready to listen to anything. Eventually, his family broke up the arranged marriage. The bride has to look her best during this time, because of posterity more than anything else.
Eventually, the girl lodged a complaint against the boy at the Kohefiza police station in Bhopal. The girl has studied law. An FIR has been lodged by a young woman living in Housing Board Colony. Before the lockdown, she was married to Nazir Ahmed Patve of Navi Mumbai. Due to lockdown, the wedding was postponed to November 29. Her family had also made full preparations for the wedding. But on November 8, Navradeva demanded Rs 25 lakh to buy a flat in Mumbai. If they refuse to pay, the boy will break up the marriage, police said.
