Hyderabad: A volunteer who participated in the third phase trial of Bharat Biotech’s Corona Vaccine has died in Bhopal. The volunteer was meeting all the criteria for the third phase test of Corona vaccine, an official of Bharat Biotech said. The volunteer was fully fit before the test. After giving this volunteer a dose, he was completely under supervision. After examining his condition seven days after giving the dose, he was not found to have any adverse effects, the official said.
Volunteer dies after 9 days
On December 12, a volunteer who was vaccinated during the third phase of corona vaccine died nine days later. This information was given by the son of this volunteer on Friday. This was followed by an uproar at the testing hospital. The autopsy report of this volunteer revealed that poison was found in the body. However, the test center has clarified that the death of the volunteer has nothing to do with vaccination.
However, it is not clear whether the volunteer was vaccinated or given a placebo. Doctors use placebo to find out what the psychological effects of the drug are. Placebo is not a drug and does not cause side effects. Only 50 per cent of people have been vaccinated during the third phase of corona vaccine testing. The rest have been given a placebo.
