Rakesh Tikait’s tears changed the picture; Ghazipur border thunderstorms again!

New Delhi: Protesters were in a dilemma after the violence at a tractor rally on Republic Day in the capital Delhi. Police in riot gear stormed a rally on Friday, removing hundreds of protesters by truck. In Ghaziabad too, the administration made this effort. However, frustrated farmer leader Rakesh Tikait could not hold back his tears. After seeing Tikait in such a state on TV, the farmers decided to agitate once again. The reduced crowd at the protest site began to grow once again. Farmers from different places were seen arriving here till midnight.

Following the administration’s strict policy, three CAPF units, six PAC units and 1,000 police personnel were deployed in the area. Indian Farmers Union leader Rakesh Tikait, however, insisted on the demands of the farmers. “I will end my life but the movement will not end,” he said. They could not hold back their tears in a TV interview. The video of her crying went viral shortly after it surfaced … and farmers from several districts in Uttar Pradesh started arriving at the Ghazipur border to support Tikait.
