Police sub-inspector Badfar who raped a woman in the premises of a police station

Alwar: A police sub-inspector has been arrested for raping a woman in Khedli police station area in Alwar district of the state. The victim had come to Khedli police station to lodge a complaint against her husband. Under the pretext of clearing the case, the woman was raped by Sub-Inspector of Police Bharat Singh for three days in a row.

Alwar police have now launched a crackdown after the incident. Police have also taken action against four employees in the case. The investigation has revealed that the head constable had tampered with the complaint documents filed by the woman.

A 26-year-old woman was allegedly raped at Khedli police station on Sunday. The victim was raped by a police sub-inspector. The woman had come to the police station to lodge a complaint against her husband. She had come to the police station with the expectation that the police would mediate and clear the case and reach an understanding between the husband and the father-in-law. However, Sub-Inspector of Police Bharat Singh raped her for three days in a row from March 2. On Sunday, he tried to rape her again. The woman protested. He then lodged a complaint against him at the police station.

Superintendent of Police Tejaswini Gautam said action has been taken against Sub-Inspector of Police Bharat Singh, accused in the rape case. His badass orders.
