According to Shantibai’s family, she was rushed to a hospital on April 4 after realizing that her condition was deteriorating. Shantibai’s blood pressure had also risen. Even the hospital initially did not respond to those treatments. The CT scan revealed that 80 percent of the infections had reached the lungs. He was then shifted to Indore. Here, however, Shantibai overcame Karona and returned home safely to celebrate her birthday.
