PM Narendra Modi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi called a high level meeting to discuss Kovid

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday convened a high-level meeting in the wake of the Corona transition in the country. The meeting is expected to focus on the Corona crisis as well as the emphasis on vaccination.

The meeting starts today (Saturday) at 11.00 am. According to reports, Prime Minister Modi himself will chair the high-level meeting. The meeting will be attended by senior officials from the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Policy Commission.

The Prime Minister will also be briefed on the preparations made by the government. Apart from this, various ways to speed up the vaccination campaign could be discussed at the meeting.

According to the data provided by the Ministry of Health, 3 lakh 26 thousand 098 crore infected patients were found in the country on Thursday. At the same time, the total number of coronary heart disease patients in the country has reached 2 crore 43 lakh 72 thousand 907. In the same 24 hours of yesterday, 3890 patients have lost their lives in one day. So far, a total of 2 lakh 66 thousand 207 citizens have lost their lives due to corona.

Meeting on ‘Tautke’ cyclone

Besides, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a meeting on cyclone ‘Tautke’ at 5.00 pm on Saturday. The meeting will be attended by senior government officials as well as national disaster management officials.
