- Discussion of ‘unscientific’ advice of ruling BJP leaders
A video of BJP MLA Gopal Sharma has gone viral on social media. In this video, he is seen reciting Hanuman Chalisa in the streets and alleys with a burning fireplace on a handcart. This time he also chanted. Walking through the streets, Jai Shriram and Har Har Mahadev are seen making such announcements along with their colleagues.
According to Gopal Sharma, they are taking measures to repel the corona virus and purify the air. He also said that pure ghee, camphor and mango trees were used along with the cow dung in the incense burner. The MLA also made an ‘unscientific’ claim that this is increasing the oxygen in the air.
Earlier, I used to urinate on my own. That’s why I was able to stay away from Corona. I have not taken any other medicine to get rid of corona and so far I have not got corona ‘, said BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh in a public event.
Also, BJP MLA from Ballia constituency Surendra Singh had said that he had defeated Karona by drinking cow urine.
Many hospitals in the country are experiencing oxygen shortages. Also, there are not enough stocks of vaccines available in the country for the ongoing vaccination campaign. Therefore, the Modi government at the Center is already facing criticism. In addition, such unscientific measures by the leaders of the ruling party are likely to put the BJP in even more trouble.
