Kovid 19: Three lakh patients died in 24 hours, 3874 people died

New Delhi: The number of patients admitted daily has now dropped slightly during the second wave of Corona outbreaks in India. As per the information given by the Ministry of Health on Thursday morning, 2 lakh 76 thousand 070 crore infected patients were found in the country on Wednesday (May 19, 2021) while 3 lakh 69 thousand 077 patients were discharged in the same 24 hours.

In one day, 3874 people have lost their lives due to corona. So far, a total of 2 lakh 87 thousand 122 citizens in the country have lost their lives due to corona.

At the same time, the total number of coronary heart disease patients in the country has reached 2 crore 57 lakh 72 thousand 400. However, so far 2 crore 23 lakh 55 thousand 440 patients in the country have succeeded in overcoming corona. At present 31 lakh 29 thousand 878 patients are undergoing treatment in the country.

A total of 18 crore 70 lakh 09 thousand 792 doses of vaccine have been given so far during the ongoing vaccination campaign in the country. Of these, 11 lakh 66 thousand 090 vaccines were given on Wednesday.

A total of 18 crore 58 lakh 09 thousand 302 doses of vaccine have been given so far during the ongoing vaccination campaign in the country. Of these, 13 lakh 12 thousand 155 vaccines were given on Wednesday.

According to the Medical Research Council of India (ICMR), a total of 32 crore 23 lakh 56 thousand 187 samples have been tested in the country till May 19, 2021. Of these, 20 lakh 55 thousand 010 samples were tested for corona on Wednesday.
