Mamata Banerjee expressed her frustration and anger after the meeting.

‘Prime Minister Modi’s abusive behavior’

After the meeting, Mamata Banerjee directly attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi made the Chief Minister sit like a statue and did not even give him a chance to speak.”

Prime Minister Modi did not ask any questions regarding the oxygen and black fungus problem. Nor did they ask us about vaccinations. Chief Minister Banerjee also said that his behavior was insulting.

“If states are not given a chance to speak, why are they called for a meeting?” Presenting such a question, Mamata Banerjee said, “We should protest that all the Chief Ministers were not given a chance to speak.”

Four patients with black fungus have been found in West Bengal. Although the vaccination rate in the state is low, the positivity rate has come down. The death rate in the state is at 9.0 per cent, he said.

‘Chief ministers of 10 states attend meeting’

The Chief Ministers of all the ten states were present at the meeting, Mamata said, adding, “As the Chief Minister, I was present there, so we did not allow the District Collectors to participate in the meeting.”

However, the Chief Minister remained silent during the meeting. No one said anything. We wanted to put our demands in front of us, but we were not given a chance to speak.
