Everything is for you, Prime Minister Modi’s call to the farmers

New Delhi:Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed the inaugural session of the 93rd Annual General Meeting and Annual Meeting of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in digital. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again tried to persuade the farmers’ agitators on the Agriculture Bill.

‘Some barriers were found between the agricultural sector and other sectors like agriculture, infrastructure, food processing, storage, cold chain, all these problems are being removed. After this improvement, farmers will be able to benefit from new markets, new options and technologies. The country’s cold storage infrastructure will be state-of-the-art. All this will lead to more investment in agriculture. All these things will benefit the farmers of my country the most, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Today, farmers in India have the option to sell their produce outside the market along with market committees. In India today, market committees are being modernized, giving farmers the option to buy and sell crops on a digital platform. Increasing the income of farmers is the sincere effort behind all this. The farmers of the country should be prosperous. When the farmers of the country become prosperous, the country will also become prosperous, said the Prime Minister.

Speaking on the economy, Prime Minister Modi said that our economy does not need a sector barrier but a bridge to connect and support each other. In the last few years, some improvements have been made to overcome such obstacles. In the last six years, India has also seen a government that strives to move its 130 million people forward.

Remarkably, for the last 17 days, farmers have been protesting against the Agriculture Bill on the border of the capital Delhi and Delhi. Even after nearly a dozen discussions with Union ministers, the issue of farmers could not be resolved.
