JK: Security forces in Pulwama district – Clashes between terrorists, search operation launched

Srinagar: In Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district, clashes broke out between security forces and militants once again on Friday. The news has been confirmed by the police.

According to police officials, security forces are conducting a search operation in Hanjin village in Rajpora area of ​​Pulwama district. The security forces had received intelligence that some terrorists were hiding in the area.

After realizing that the security forces were present in the area, the militants opened fire on the personnel. The security forces are also responding to the firing.

Three to four terrorists are believed to be hiding in the area. It is learned that no damage has been done to either side so far.

Earlier on June 27, terrorists broke into the house of a former police officer (SPO) in Pulwama district and attacked the entire family. His wife and daughter, along with the SPO, were also killed in the attack. After that, a search operation is being carried out by the police to nab the terrorists.
