Corona Vaccination: Maharashtra, not Maharashtra, is the top state in vaccination!

New Delhi: More than 39 crore doses of Corona vaccine have been used in India. At least one dose of the vaccine has been given to 31 crore people in the country. About 80 million people have received both doses of the corona vaccine.

Uttar Pradesh tops the list in terms of vaccination. Uttar Pradesh has so far received the highest dose of 3 crore 88 lakh crore vaccines. After this, Maharashtra comes second. In Maharashtra, 3 crore 79 lakh doses have been used.

According to the Ministry of Health, a total of 391,340,491 vaccines have been administered so far during the ongoing vaccination drive in the country. Of these, 34 lakh 97 thousand 058 vaccines were given in one day yesterday (Wednesday).

• West Bengal: 2 crore 50 lakh 34 thousand 906
• Madhya Pradesh: 2 crore 45 lakh 68 thousand 104
• Bihar: 1 crore 93 lakh 04 thousand 555
• Tamil Nadu: 1 crore 85 lakh 49 thousand 626
• Andhra Pradesh: 1 crore 80 lakh 40 thousand 284

In terms of population, Himachal Pradesh has the highest number of vaccinations. The second largest capital is Delhi.

Apart from Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra, there are five states where more than two crore vaccine doses have been used. More than one crore vaccines have been administered in eight states. The figures were released by the health ministry on Thursday morning.
