Ranchi: Judge Uttam Anand’s death case has been handed over to CBI (CBI probe into dhanbad judge death case). Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has recommended this. He was killed when he was hit by a rickshaw during a morning walk on July 28 in Dhanbad. Jharkhand police took immediate action and arrested the rickshaw and its driver.
