New Delhi:Prime Minister Modi will release the ninth installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sanman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme through video conferencing at 12.30 pm today. A statement (pradhan mantri kisan samman nidhi) has been issued by the Prime Minister’s Office in this regard. Under this installment, Rs 19,500 crore will be sent to the accounts of more than 9.75 crore farming families. In the meantime, the Prime Minister will interact with the beneficiary farmers.

Under PM-Kisan Yojana, each eligible farmer family is given Rs. 6,000 per annum. They are directly deposited in the bank account in three equal installments of Rs. 2000 each. More than Rs 1.38 lakh crore has been sent to farming families through this scheme so far. Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar will also be present on the occasion. Earlier on May 14, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had released the eighth installment of the scheme.

See if the money is collected or not

To find out if there is any money in your account, first go to https://pmkisan.gov.in/. Then click on the Farmers Corner on the right edge. The Beneficiary Status option will appear on the page that opens, click on it. Clicking on it will open a new page. Enter your Aadhaar number, mobile number here. Once you enter your Aadhaar or mobile number, you will know whether you will get paid or not.

No one will get the benefit of the scheme

Under the new rules, government employees or farmers who pay income tax are not considered eligible. Apart from this, doctors, engineers, CAs and employees earning a pension of more than Rs 10,000 cannot also join the scheme.
