The body of Captain Jayant Joshi was found at a depth of 65 to 70 meters. Their bodies were then taken to the bottom of the dam by a rov robot.

After the bodies were exhumed, the bodies were examined by a local medical team. After this, the body has been sent to the Army Hospital in Pathankot for further investigation. This information has been provided by the Department of Defense.
