New Delhi: Farmers have been protesting on the Delhi border since last month against three central government’s agriculture bills. Farmers’ organizations seem to have softened on the discussion proposal sent by the government. Leaders of farmers’ unions have accepted the government’s proposal for discussion. This information was given by the farmer leaders in a press conference (yogendra yadav). The farmers’ leaders have demanded a meeting on December 29 at 11 am to discuss with the government. The meeting will be held at Vigyan Bhavan in Delhi. Earlier, the government had appealed to the farmers to discuss the time and place as per their convenience.
