Kaushambi: A major accident has taken place at Kaushambi in Uttar Pradesh. Eight people were killed and two others were injured in the accident. The accident took place when the tire of a truck carrying sand burst. Upon receiving the information of the accident, the police rushed to the spot and started the rescue operation. The accident took place at Deviganj Chowk in Kadadham Kotwali area of ​​Koshambi on Wednesday morning. A truck loaded with sand lost control after a flat tire and overturned on a Scorpio parked on the side of the road (truck overloaded with sand toppled over and fell on a car).

The truck was loaded with sand, a police official said. This truck was running very fast. Suddenly his tire burst and the truck overturned on the side Scorpio. There were 10 people in this scorpion. Eight of them died on the spot.

There were women and girls in Scorpio

The accident was so severe that 8 people were killed on the spot and screams could be heard in the area. District Collector and Superintendent of Police along with other officials rushed to the spot. There were women and girls in this crashed Scorpio. All of them were returning from Shahjadpur at a wedding held at Maheshwari Garden in Deviganj.
