Gujarat Crime: Murder of wife’s ex-boyfriend; The affair happened 20 years ago

Ahmedabad: It has been revealed that her ex-boyfriend was murdered by her husband. He had an affair with his wife 20 years ago. Six people, including the accused husband, have been arrested in the case. The incident took place within the limits of Ahmedabad Rural Police Station in Gujarat.

On November 6, a farmer from Wani village found the body rotting in the canal. The incident was later revealed. According to the information received, the name of the deceased is Raju Hada (age 40). On October 29, Raju had gone to visit his ailing father in Bhetasi village. He had returned from there on November 1 on a two-wheeler. However, he did not reach home, police said.

The police investigation revealed shocking information. Before marriage, Raju had an affair with a woman from Bhetasi. Raju had recently gone to the village. He had an argument with the woman’s family at the time. When the police investigated the phone call, it became clear that on November 1, the woman’s husband Chela Bharwad (age 40) was also in Vani village.

When Bharwad was questioned, he confessed to Raju’s murder. He and five others were arrested in connection with the murder. Bharwad had gone to Ujjain a few days back. At that time, one of them had informed him that his wife was having an affair before marriage. After returning home, he argued with his wife. At that time, she had told him that she was having an affair with Raju. He suspected that his wife was still in love with him. He conspired to kill Raju, police said.
