Oxygen Express: Oxygen Express from Bokaro arrives in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow: The Oxygen Express, run by the central government and launched from Bokaro, has arrived in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, to supply large quantities of oxygen. It was filled with three tankers and sent with liquid oxygen. It has a storage capacity of 51 metric tons of oxygen. One of these tankers was unloaded at Varanasi (17 MT) and two at Lucknow (34 MT). The oxygen will be supplied to seven oxygen plants in Lucknow and neighboring Barabanki district.

Special train carrying army tanks

The ‘Oxygen Express’ is a special train carrying Indian Army tanks, ordered from Bathinda. The journey from Bokaro to Lucknow took 48 hours.

20 crore from the state to the railway administration

The Uttar Pradesh government has given Rs 20 crore to the railway administration for the operation of Oxygen Express. In the same way, Oxygen Express has been built by loading several tankers on this freight train and testing them to operate.

Green Corridor for Oxygen Express

The speed of this train is 65 kmph, but the railway has set up a green corridor for it, which is helping the train to reach its destination in less time than usual.

2nd and 3rd Oxygen Express ready

Another ‘Oxygen Express’ was also diverted from Lucknow to Bokaro today. Four empty tankers have been sent to fill it with oxygen.

The third Oxygen Express will also be dispatched to Ravana on Saturday afternoon. This third Oxygen Express will have three tankers.
