Covid19: 2.11 lakh crore affected in 24 hours in the country, 3847 people died

New Delhi: According to figures released on Thursday, the number of corona infections in the country has risen, but the death toll has fallen slightly. As per the information given by the Ministry of Health on Thursday morning, 2 lakh 11 thousand 298 crore infected patients were found in the country on Wednesday (May 26, 2021). At the same time, the total number of coronary heart disease patients in the country has reached 2 crore 73 lakh 69 thousand 093.

On Tuesday, 2 lakh 83 thousand 135 patients were found to have overcome coronary heart disease. Till now 2 crore 46 lakh 33 thousand 951 patients in the country have succeeded in overcoming corona. At present 24 lakh 19 thousand 907 patients are undergoing treatment in the country.

Corona has killed 3,847 people in the last 24 hours. In addition, the total number of deaths in the country has reached 3 lakh 15 thousand 235.

A total of 20 crore 26 lakh 95 thousand 874 vaccines have been given so far during the ongoing vaccination campaign in the country. Out of this, 18 lakh 85 thousand 805 vaccines were given on Wednesday.

According to the Medical Research Council of India (ICMR), a total of 33 crore 69 lakh 69 thousand 353 samples have been tested in the country till May 26, 2021. Of these, 21 lakh 57 thousand 857 samples were corona tested on the same day yesterday.
