New Delhi: The last week of the monsoon session of Parliament is underway. There was also confusion earlier this week. The Lok Sabha has been adjourned indefinitely. On the other hand, Speaker Venkaiah Naidu condemned the incident of throwing books at Rajya Sabha Speakers yesterday.

Rajya Sabha Speaker Venkaiah Naidu seemed emotional this time. The Speaker expressed disappointment over the incident that took place in the House yesterday. Naidu seemed emotional while expressing his grief. He also remarked that the Opposition had forgotten the limits of the House. He also warned that such incidents should not happen again. Opposition members cannot force the government to do what it wants to do or not do, he said.

The Speaker indicated that action would be taken against the MPs who caused confusion in the Rajya Sabha. Home Minister Amit Shah, House leader Piyush Goyal and other BJP MPs had met Venkaiah Naidu this morning.
